膝关节前交叉韧带重建联合玻璃酸钠治疗的临床疗效与预后分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节前交叉韧带重建联合玻璃酸钠治疗的临床疗效及预后。方法:选择在我院行膝关节前交叉韧带重建术治疗的膝关节韧带损伤患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组行单纯膝关节前交叉韧带重建术,试验组联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗。比较两组膝关节功能、血清CD44、骨桥蛋白(OPN)及治疗安全性。结果:试验组Lyscholm评分、膝关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血清CD44,OPN水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:膝关节前交叉韧带重建术联合玻璃酸钠治疗可降低血清CD44.OPN水平,促进膝关节功能恢复,安全性较高。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee combined with sodium hyaluronate therapy.Methods:84 cases of knee ligament injury patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups with 42 cases in each.Patients in the control group underwent single anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee,while patients in the experiment group performed anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.Knee joint functions,serum CD44,osteopontin(OPN)and therapeutic safety of patients in both groups were compared.Results:Lyscholm scores,range of motion of knee joints for patients in the experiment group were higher than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05);and CD44 and OPN levels in the experiment group were lower than those of the control group,which were statistically different(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:The injection of sodium hyaluronate after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee jionts can reduce the levels of CD44 and OPN,promote the recovery of knee joint functions.Moreover,it is of high safety.
