瘦素受体基因也就是瘦蛋白基因受体,瘦素受体基因是中央神经系统信号传导的过程中具有重要作用,是对人体体脂代谢产生影响的重要基因,对瘦素受体基因的研究逐渐引起社会各个方面的关注和重视,在分子生物学快速发展的基础上,人们对传统研究转向分子水平对瘦素受体尤其是瘦素受体基因具有直接影响,现对早产儿瘦素受体基因rs1137101多态性与新生儿疾病研究进展加以阐述。

Leptin receptor gene is leptin receptor,which plays an important role in signal transduction in the central nervous system.It is also an important gene affecting human body fat metabolism.The study of leptin receptor gene gradually arouses the concern and attentions of various social aspects.On the basis of the rapid development of molecular biology,people begin to turn to molecular level from the traditional study of leptin receptors,especially people have made direct impact on leptin receptor.This paper describes the research progress on the polymorphism of leptin receptor gene rsll37101 and neonatal diseases in premature infants.
