摘要 针对工业现场对电机缺乏有效监测的问题,为实现对交流电机的参数采集和监控,设计了基于工业物联网技术的电机运行状态监测系统.该系统主要由电机参数采集子系统、数据传输系统和数据存储监测平台组成,利用LoRa无线通讯模块将数据传输至以STM32L151为核心的控制中心,通过NB-IoT无线物联网模块进行远程数据传输.该系统能实现对电机运行状态的远程快速监测,及时通知巡检人员电机的异常,具有一定的实用性. In view of the lack of effective motor monitoring in the industrial field,in order to realize the parameter acquisition and monitoring of AC motors,a motor operating condition monitoring system based on the technology of industrial Internet of Things is designed.The system consists of three parts:motor parameter acquisition subsystem,data transmission system and data storage and monitoring platform.The LoRa wireless communication module is used to transmit data to the control center with the STM32L151 as the core,and the NB-IoT wireless IoT module is used for remote data transmission.The system can realize remote and rapid monitoring of the running state of the motor,and notify the inspector of the abnormal condition of the motor in time,which has certain practicability.
