As an air separation driving device, the long period operation of steam turbine is very important for the combined operation of system. If the steam quality is poor, scaling occurs in the blade and circulating part. Although cleaning by opening the cylinder is thorough, but maintenance time is long, which will seriously affects the system output. This paper mainly analyzes the forming principle, judges the hazard of operation, introduces the online cleaning scale scheme of plate and summarizes the cleaning experience.
