2019年张掖市某幼儿园儿童体检结果分析

Analysis of physical examination results of children in a kindergarten in Zhangye city, 2019

目的了解甘肃省张掖市某幼儿园儿童体格发育和健康状况,为幼儿园卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法选取2019年张掖市某幼儿园所有在园儿童进行健康体检,并整理分析体检资料。结果604名被调查儿童的体重和身高高于均值者,分别占70.53%和66.23%;视力低下(24.17%,χ^2=10.729)、龋齿(24.67%,χ^2=14.522)和营养不良(9.93%,χ^2=14.349)检出率,各年龄组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超重、肥胖和沙眼检出率分别为6.79%,2.15%和34.11%。结论幼儿园幼儿中存在视力低下、龋齿、营养不良、超重和肥胖等问题;幼儿园和家长应重视幼儿的生长发育,加强卫生保健工作和宣传教育,促使幼儿养成良好的生活习惯;重视膳食平衡,加大户外活动和体育锻炼。

Objective To understand the physical development and health status of children in a kindergarten in Zhangye,and to provide scientific basis for health care in kindergartens.Methods All children in a kindergarten in Zhangye city,2019 took health examination,and physical examination data were collected and analyzed.Results The body weight and height of the 604 children were more than the average,accounting for 70.53%and 66.23%,respectively.There were statistical differences in detection rates of low vision(24.17%,χ^2=10.729),dental caries(24.67%,χ^2=14.522),malnutrition(9.93%,χ^2=14.349)among age groups(P<0.05).The detection rate was 6.79%of overweight,2.15%of obesity and 34.11%of trachoma.Conclusions There are problems of low vision,detal caries,malnutrition,overweight and obesity,etc.The kindergarten and parents should pay much more attention to the growth and development of children,and health care,propaganda and education should be strengthened to promote infants to get good living habits,balanced diet,outdoor activities and physical exercise.
