基于变电站落点配置及容量规划的配置研究

摘要 为了优化变电站落点配置及容量规划配置,根据变电站落点负荷的情况,对微电网规划设计、网架结构、供电能力和规划建设的经济性问题进行了研究。研究创新性地提出一种考虑多阶段规划的变电站落点配置的容量规划配置思想,把变电站投资费用、变压器投资费用、线路建设费用以及网络耗损费等作为优化目标,建立相应规划配置的数学模型,并采用粒子群算法(PSO)来进行求解。以某微电网示范工程为例,通过最经济的投资费用得到最优的变电站的落点配置及容量规划配置。仿真验证了所提的方法具有可行,优化配置的数学模型合理,结论正确。 In order to optimize the configuration of substation landing point and capacity planning,according to the situation of substation landing point load,the economic problems of microgrid planning and design,grid structure,power supply capacity and planning and construction are studied.The research innovatively puts forward a kind of consideration for the multi-stage planning,placement of substation configuration,capacity planning configuration of ideas.The investment cost of substation and transformer,power lines construction costs,the network loss fee is taken as the optimization objective.A mathematical model of the corresponding rules configuration is established,and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the model.Taking a micro-grid demonstration project as an example,the optimal location configuration and capacity planning configuration of substations are obtained through the most economical investment cost.The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible,the mathematical model of optimal allocation is reasonable and the conclusion is correct.
