摘要
合理的电源规划是电力系统安全、可靠、经济运行的前提和基础,在满足各项电力系统技术性指标和电力需求的前提下降低电源建设成本,对于我国电力系统的可持续发展具有重要意义。深入分析了电源规划年值效益、单阶段电源规划问题的建模与求解方法。首先,将电源规划的可靠性效益和环境效益归算到经济效益,进而构建统筹考虑投资运行成本、可靠性成本、环境成本的经济性电源规划模型;然后,利用约束序优化算法对模型进行求解,并与常规的求解方法形成对比;最后,基于仿真算例验证了所提方法的准确性和有效性。研究结果表明,所提方法能够大幅度提升电源规划模型的求解精度与求解效率。
Reasonable power planning is the premise and foundation of safe,reliable and economic operation of power system.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of China’s power system to reduce the cost of power construction on the premise of meeting the technical indicators and power demand of various power systems.The annual value benefit of power planning and the modeling and solving methods of single-stage power planning are analyzed.First of all,the reliability and environmental benefits of power planning are classified into economic benefits,and then an economic power planning model considering investment operation cost,reliability cost and environmental cost is constructed.Then,the constrained ordinal optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,and the algorithm is compared with the traditional algorithm.Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified by a simulation example.The results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the solution accuracy and efficiency of power planning model.
