摘要
【目的】为了满足市场需要和人民对食品营养保健功能的要求,江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所以徐紫薯3号为母本,万紫56为父本。【方法】采用经诱导开花、有性杂交、单系选择、多年多点鉴定的方法。【结果】选育出优质鲜食及加工型高花青素甘薯新品种徐紫薯8号。徐紫薯8号生长稳健、净同化率高,光合产物的合成和分配效率高,鲜暮和薯干产量高,花青素含量高,食味好,加工品质高,早熟性好。【结论】该品种2018年通过非主要农作物品种登记申请,登记编号为GPD甘薯(2018)320033o通过对徐紫薯8号的形态特征、品质特性、抗病能力、生产力水平和产量形成等特点进行研究。
[Objective]The present peper aimed to meet the needs of the market and the requirements on the food nutrition and health function of people.[Method]The studies were carried out on morphological characteristics,quality,disease resistance,yield and yield-related characters formation of Xuzishu 8.[Result]Xuzishu 8 is a newly released sweetpotato cultivar with high anthocyanin content,bred by Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Jiangsu Xuhuai District.The results showed that the Xuzishu 8 grew steadily with high net assimilation rate and photosynthetic product and allocation efficiency,and the dry and fresh storage root yield were higher than Ningzishu 1.Xuzishu 8 had good quality for processing and better taste for cooking with high anthocyanin content,and showed the characteristics of early maturity.It is the progeny of a cross between Xuzishu 3 and Wanzishu 56 by artificial hybridization.[Conclusion]Alter being evaluated in multiplaces,it was registered as GPD Sweetpotato(2018)320033 through the registration application of non-major crop in 2018.
