摘要
水轮发电机组推力轴承主要承受整个机组转动部分的轴向力,其工作性能的好坏直接影响着水轮发电机组的安全稳定运行[1],对机组振动性能的影响尤为明显。文章选取具有代表性的一例,针对推力轴承自身缺陷引起的机组振动恶化情况,通过现场试验手段,检测并分析相关数据,正确找出了推力轴承存在的缺陷,并指出了因振动频率与轴承座支架固有频率耦合产生的共振问题,提出了相应的处理措施建议,为其他发电企业类似情况的处理提供参考。
A thrust bearing of a hydrogenerator set is mainly used to withstand axial force from the rotating part of the whole unit.Its working performance directly affects the operation safety and stability of hydrogenerator set[1],particularly the vibration performance of unit.By taking a representative example and targeting at the deterioration of unit vibration due to thrust bearing defects,this paper correctly finds out the defects of thrust bearing through on-site test as well as testing and analysis of relevant data.Meanwhile,this paper also points out the resonance caused by the coupling of vibration frequency and natural frequency of bearing support,and puts forward corresponding treatment measures and suggestions,providing reference for the treatment of similar problems in other power generation enterprises.
