涂层对气膜冷却平板温度分布影响的实验研究

摘要 通过自主设计的实验系统研究了主流温度、冷气流量和涂层对气膜冷却平板冷气孔下游区域温度分布的影响。采用微细热电偶测量气膜冷却平板上各测点的温度值。结果表明:在100 s^350 s内,平板温度趋于稳定;在无涂层情况下,冷气孔下游测点间的温度梯度会随着主流温度的增大而增大,随着冷气流量的增大而减小;引入涂层后,气膜孔下游区域的气膜冷却效率显著降低,同时也会影响下游测点间的温度梯度。 In this paper,the effects of mainstream temperature,eold gas flow rate and coating on the temperature distribution in the downstream area of the film cooling plate were studied by the self-designed experiment.The temperature value of each measuring point on the film cooling plate was measured by a micro thermocouple.The results show that the temperature of the plate tends to be stable within 100~350 s.Under the condition of no coating,the temperature gradient between the measured points downstream of the cold air hole increases with the increase of the mainstream temperature,and decrease with the increase of the cold air flow.After the coating is introduced,the film cooling efficiency in the downstream area of the film hole is significantly reduced,and it also affects the temperature gradient between the downstream points.
