冠状动脉计算机断层扫描血管造影双低扫描对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断性能 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察分析冠状动脉(冠脉)计算机断层扫描血管造影(CTA)双低扫描对冠脉狭窄的诊断性能。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月于宝鸡市妇幼保健院经心电图诊断疑似冠脉狭窄的患者94例,分别进行计算机断层扫描血管造影双低扫描检查和数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,将接受计算机断层扫描血管造影检查的患者纳入观察组(n=114),数字减影血管造影检查的为对照组(n=108)。记录两组患者的诊断结果,分析两组检查方法的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,以及对冠脉狭窄程度的检测结果。结果计算机断层扫描血管造影双低扫描检查的灵敏度为96.67%,特异度为80.00%,准确度95.74%。在对狭窄程度诊断结果的比较中,计算机断层扫描血管造影双低扫描与DSA的诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠脉计算机断层扫描血管造影双低扫描能够清晰显示冠脉狭窄的部位、程度,准确性较好,且对患者辐射量小,可以应用于对冠脉狭窄的诊断。 Objectives To observe the diagnostic performance of coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA)double low scan for coronary artery stenosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with suspected coronary heart disease diagnosed by electrocardiogram in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were select⁃ed.CTA double low scan and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)were performed.Patients performed CTA examina⁃tion were in observation group(n=114),and patients performed DSA examination were in control group(n=108).The diagnosis results of the two groups were recorded,and the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,detection results of the degree of coronary artery stenosis were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of CTA double-low scan was 96.67%,the specificity was 80.00%,and the accuracy was 95.74%.The diagnosis results of stenosis was compared between CTA double-low scan group and DSA group.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions CTA double-low scan can clearly show location and extent of coronary artery stenosis,and the accuracy is good,and the ra⁃diation amount is small,which can be applied in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.
