摘要
在炼钢除尘灰中加入一定量的石英砂、锰矿粉,在粘结剂的作用下采用冷压成型工艺,可以制备成球团状XG型复合造渣剂,用于转炉炼钢造渣,实现炼钢除尘灰的二次资源循环利用。在西昌钢钒公司炼钢厂进行XG型复合造渣剂造渣试验,试验结果表明XG型复合造渣剂具有较好的造渣效果。
Added a certain amount of quartz sand and manganese ore powder, the steel-making precipitator dust can be turned into a pellet-like XG composite slagging flux through cold briquetting process with binder, which can be used to converter steel-making slagging and realize the secondary resource recycling. The slagging test of XG composite slagging flux was carried out in the steel-making plant of Xichang Steel Vanadium Company. The test results show that the XG composite slagging flux has a good slagging effect.
