数字化健康干预结合回授法在门诊体外震波碎石术后病人中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究将数字化健康干预结合回授法应用于门诊体外震波碎石术后病人的效果。[方法]将医院门诊行体外震波碎石的200例病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用数字化健康干预结合回授法进行干预,观察两组护理干预后各项指标变化。[结果]观察组病人体位排石依从率、饮水依从率、健康教育的满意度、排石方法掌握率、1周及1个月排石率均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]数字化健康干预结合回授法可提高门诊体外震波碎石术后病人体位排石依从性、饮水依从性、健康教育的满意度及排石效果,减少并发症发生。 Objective:To study the effect of digital health intervention combined with feedback method for postoperative outpatients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:A total of 200 outpatients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group were intervened using digital health intervention combined with feedback method.The changes of various indicators after the two groups of nursing intervention were observed.Results:The compliance rate of position stone expulsion,the compliance rate of drinking water,the satisfaction of health education,the mastery rate of stone expulsion method and one week and one month of stone expulsion rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complication was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Digital health intervention combined with feedback method may improve the compliance of patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy after surgery,drinking water compliance,health education satisfaction and effectiveness of stone expulsion,and reduce the incidence of complications.
