摘要
为帮助信息系统运维人员迅速定位故障根因,快速恢复业务,提出了基于CMDB的故障根因定位技术,将CMDB与BP神经网络相结合,从CMDB获取所需信息,通过BP神经网络模型进行学习,定位信息系统的故障根因,并在此基础上实现故障预测和自愈。从测试结果来看,此方法可实现故障根因的快速定位,从而提高运维人员工作效率以及信息系统可用率。
In order to help operation and maintenance personnel locate the faults of information system and restore business quickly,a CMDB-based fault location technology is proposed.The method of combining CMDB and BP neural network is adopted to obtain the required information from CMDB,and the BP neural network model is used for learning,to locate the faults and realize fault prediction and self-healing on this basis.The test results showed this method can quickly locate the faults,so as to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel and the availability of information system.
