摘要 20世纪40年代之后出现了集成电路,现在其工作效率有所提升,在一个芯片上含有几亿个晶体管。由于电子信息的不断发展,集成电路的运用范围也越来越广。在电磁的工作环境中,集成电路的使用非常复杂,如今需要迫切处理的问题是电磁干扰技术,这个技术问题可以通过电磁兼容技术处理。 integrated circuits have been developed since the 1940 s,and they are now more efficient,with hundreds of millions of transistors on a single chip.Due to the continuous development of electronic information,its application scope is also more and more extensive,in the electromagnetic working environment,the use of integrated circuits is very complex,now need to deal with the problem urgently The problem is electromagnetic interference technology,which can be dealt with by electromagnetic compatibility technology.
