摘要
变频器是风力发电机组的主要系统,crowbar作为电网电压跌落时抑制变频器过电流和转子绕组过电压的保护元件,是变频器中的重要组成部分。某风电场自2014年投运以来发生多起因crowbar损坏造成的停机,给风电场造成较大经济损失。通过对故障现象的研究,从主控程序及电路设计两方面找到了造成损坏的原因,并提出了可行的解决方案,提升了发电效益,保证了风力发电机组安全稳定运行。
Frequency converter is the main system of wind turbine.Crowbar is an important part of frequency converter,which is used as the protection element to restrain the over-current of frequency converter and the over-voltage of rotor winding when the grid voltage drops.Since a wind farm was put into operation in 2014,it has been shut down due to the damage of crowbar,which has caused great economic loss to the wind farm.Through the study of the fault phenomenon,the paper finds the cause of the damage from the two aspects of the main control program and circuit designand puts forward a feasible solution,which improves the power generation efficiency and ensures the safe and stable operation of the wind turbine.
