摘要
变速器油封试验台主要用于中型和重型变速器油封的可靠性试验。以汽车变速器为研究对象,利用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)及LabVIEW2016软件建立测控系统模型,控制变速器在设定的试验工况(转速、油温)下运转,检测变速器输入、输出轴油封的可靠性,以及变速器油封相应的温升特性。
The oil seal test bench is mainly used for reliability test of medium and heavy transmission oil seal.Taking an automobile transmission as a research object,the paper establishes a model of measure and control system by using PLC and LabVIEW2016 software,makes sure the transmission run in the setting test condition(speed oil temperature),checks the oil seal reliability of transmission input and output shafts and corresponding temperature rise characteristics of transmission oil seal.
