摘要
腈纶二步法湿法纺丝生产中,原液的制备是极为重要的一环,直接决定了成品纤维的质量。为了制备优质原液,必须控制好淤浆溶解的质量,提高原液过滤的效果,同时粗原液的停留时间、脱泡的温差、供纺压力和温度等参数都必须严格控制。结合原液工段现状,分析了影响原液质量的因素,优化了现场操作和相关工艺参数,以达到进一步提高腈纶质量的目的。
In the industrial production of acrylic two-step wet spinning,the preparation of the dope is an extremely important step,which directly determines the quality of the finished product.In order to provide high-quality stock solution,it is necessary to control the quality of slurry dissolution and improve the filtering effect.At the same time,the parameters such as residence time of crude stock solution,temperature difference of defoaming,supply pressure and temperature must be strictly controlled within the process allowable range.According to the actual status of the dope section,the factors affecting the dope quality in the near future were analyzed,the on-site operation was optimized,and the relevant process parameters were adjusted to achieve the purpose of further improving the quality of acrylic fiber.
