摘要
对存在明显钢轨波磨和车轮多边形线路的地铁车辆振动行为进行了试验研究。结果表明,钢轨波磨处的振动加速度主频通常为一个固定频率;由车轮多边形引起的振动加速度的主频为车轮多边形的通过频率;在车辆加速或减速段轴箱振动加速度的主频随车速呈线性变化;由车轮多边形引起的振动明显高于钢轨波磨引起的振动。
Test and research are made on the metro vehicle vibration caused by rail corrugation and wheel polygon.The result shows that the main frequency of vibration acceleration at rail corrugation is usually a fixed frequency;the main frequency of vibration acceleration caused by wheel polygon is the passing frequency;the main frequency of axle box acceleration changes in linear with the vehicle speed in the section where the vehicle accelerates or decelerates;the vibration caused by wheel polygon is obviously higher than the vibration caused by rail corrugation.
