摘要
国内大部分普速铁路客车装用104型空气或集成电空制动机,该制动机采用二压力控制、间接作用方式,实际运用中,偶发在列车运行途中调速制动时意外紧急或换挂机车后安定试验发生紧急制动的情况。文章从标准分析、故障再现、试验分析等方面,对紧急制动故障进行探讨,并给出预防性建议和应急措施。
The 104 pneumatic or centralized electro-pneumatic brakes are mounted on most common speed railway passenger cars in China.The 2-pressure control and intermediate application mode is applied in the brake.In practical operation,the unexpected emergency braking occasionally takes place in speed adjusting braking during operation of the train or in the stability test after changing locomotive.The troubles of unexpected emergency braking are discussed from such aspects as standard analysis,trouble reappearance and test analysis,preventative suggestions and emergency measures are given out.
