义务教育学校标准化建设的困境及破解路径

The Standardization Construction of Compulsory Schools:Necessity,Predicament Analysis and Its Solution Path

学校标准化建设是学校个性化、特色化发展的基础,体现了教育公平与教育质量的价值诉求,是实现义务教育均衡发展的路径。在推进义务教育学校标准化建设的过程中,学校标准化建设却面临着思想观念、标准执行、管理体制、既得利益群体、资源配置等诸多方面的困境。这就需要通过借助政府之“力”,落实政府的责任担当;聚集社会之“力”,关注社会的支持系统;增强学校之“力”,提升学校建设的主动意愿等有效路径来对学校标准化建设的困境进行破解。

Standardization construction is the basis of individual and characteristic development of schools,which embodies the value demands of educational fairness and quality,and is a path to realize the balanced development of compulsory education.However,in its process,standardization construction of compulsory schools face the dilemmas from ideology,standard implementation,management system,vested interests,and resource allocation.To solve such dilemmas,we should require the government to use its“power”to assume its responsibility,gather the social“force”and focus on social support system,and strengthen the school“power”to enhance its initiative and other effective paths in the construction.
