新时期美术学科教研员专业标准培养探析

摘要 随着教育教学改革的不断深化与全面提高义务教育质量文件精神的贯彻落实,强化学科教研员的职责与专业标准已显得十分重要。文章对新时期美术学科教研员的工作职责与专业标准进行重新审视,提出了美术教研员应具备“六手”的专业标准,即美术教研员应该努力成为“美术造型表现的好手、课堂教学实践的能手、学科教学研究的高手、教师专业成长的帮手、学校特色创建的助手、区域学科内涵发展的推手”,并阐述了“六手”专业标准的内涵指向、基本特性、基本作用及其培养路径。 With the continuous deepening of education and teaching reform and the implementation of the spirit of comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education documents,it has become very important to strengthen the duties and professional standards of teaching and research staff.The paper re-examines the job responsibilities and professional standards of the teaching and research staff of fine arts in the new era,and suggests that they should have“six roles”to play in the professional standards,namely fine arts teaching and research staff should strive to become“masters of artistic modeling,experts of classroom teaching practice,experts of teaching research,helpers of teachers’professional growth,assistants for the creation of special characteristics of schools and promoters of the development of regional subject connotation”.It also expounds the connotation direction,basic characteristics,basic function and training path of the professional standard for“six roles”.
