摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在胫骨平台骨折临床PBL教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月到我院骨科临床实习的学生100名进行实验调查研究,采用随机数字表法分组,试验组实习学生50名在胫骨平台骨折临床PBL教学中引用3D打印技术,对照组实习学生50名采用传统教学模式,对比两组学生的理论知识、临床技能操作、考试通过率。结果试验组理论知识、临床技能操作与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组考试通过率,试验组考试通过率与对照组相比较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术在胫骨平台骨折临床PBL教学中的应用效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of 3 D printing technology in clinical PBL teaching of tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 100 students from January 2018 to January 2019 who had clinical practice in orthopedics in our hospital were selected for experimental investigation and research.They were grouped by random number table.50 students in the experimental group used 3 D printing technology in clinical PBL teaching of tibial plateau fracture The 50 students in the control group used the traditional teaching mode to compare the theoretical knowledge,clinical skills operation,and test passing rate of the two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the difference in theoretical knowledge and clinical skills was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the test pass rate of the two groups,the test pass rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3 D printing technology in clinical PBL teaching of tibial plateau fractures is significant.
