住院医师规范化培训中改良PBL教学法的价值 被引量:5

The Value of Improving PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Residents

摘要 目的探析妇产科住院医师规范化培训中改良PBL教学法的应用价值。方法选取我院妇产科住院医师规范化培训学员68名,根据教学方法将其分为两组,其中对照组采用传统教学法,而观察组则运用改良PBL教学法,对两组的考核成绩和教学效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的理论成绩和技能成绩评分分别为(88.31±5.42)分、(86.42±4.21)分,高于对照组的(78.51±2.31)分、(76.32±3.51)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,相比较对照组而言,观察组的提高了自主学习能力、提高了妇产科的兴趣、提高了临床思维能力、提高了分析解决问题的能力、提高了语言表达能力、提高了团队协作能力以及对教学方式满意度均较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科住院医师规范化培训中改良PBL教学法的临床效果显著。 Objective To explore the application value of improved PBL teaching method in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods 68 students in standardized training of obstetrics and gynaecology residents in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the teaching methods.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,while the improved PBL teaching method was used in the observation group to compare and analyze the examination results and teaching effects of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical achievement and skill achievement in the observation group were(88.31±5.42)points and(86.42±4.21)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(78.51±2.31)points and(76.32±3.51)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Speaking at the same time,compared with the control group and observation group could improve the ability of autonomous learning,improve the interest of obstetrics and gynecology,improve the clinical thinking ability,improve the ability of analysis and solve problems,improve the ability of language expression,to improve the team cooperation ability and the teaching methods of satisfaction is higher,more differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved PBL teaching method in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents has significant clinical effects.
