摘要
随着中国"一带一路"政策的不断推进,留学生人数日益增加,医学作为特殊学科,培养模式较一般学科有着更高的要求,由于语言、文化等因素不同,来华医学留学生的培养教育仍存有较多问题,如任课教师英语水平专业水平有限,缺乏与患者的直接交流等。所以在华医学留学生的教育模式需符合其特点以切合实际要求,本文探讨多媒体技术,问题式教学及案例教学相结合方法在留学生肾内科临床见习中运用的效果,研究结果显示92%的留学生认为多元立体化教学模式使医学理论知识形象化,易于理解学习过程中的难点。该方法能够培养学生积极思考、团队协作、查阅文献的主动学习能力,为高等院校教学方式的调整以及培养方式改进提供参考。
With the continuous promotion of China’s"one belt and one way"policy,the number of overseas students is increasing.As a special discipline,medical training mode has higher requirements than general subjects.Due to different language and cultural factors,there are still many problems in training and educating medical students in China,such as limited professional level of English teachers,and lack of direct communication with patients.Therefore,the mode of education for overseas medical students in China should meet its characteristics and meet the practical requirements.This paper explores the effect of the combination of multimedia technology,problem-based teaching and case-based teaching in the clinical internship of kidney medicine for overseas medical students.The results show that 92%of the students think that the multi-dimensional teaching mode makes the medical theoretical knowledge visualized and easy to understand the difficulties in the learning process.This method can cultivate the students’active learning ability of positive thinking,teamwork and literature consulting,so as to adjust the teaching methods and improve the training methods for colleges and universities.
