摘要
病例教学法具有明确的目标性、深刻的启发性、充分的实践性、突出的自主性和较强的综合性。在急诊医学理论课教学过程中,学生分组讨论真实或模拟案例,教师进行点评和总结的病例教学法,在巩固理论知识的同时提高了学生主动学习的能力,能够加快培养建立急诊临床思维,提高岗位胜任力和医生职业素养等综合素质,使教师和学生的功能角色分别从传统的"教会"和"学会"转变为"会教"和"会学",提高教师教学的积极性,有利于打造高素质急诊医学教学师资队伍,同时提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,促进学生从理论知识到实践能力的转化,养成严谨的科学态度和良好的医德医风,有助于圆满完成急诊教学任务,体现了现代素质教育思想的新特点。
Case teaching method has the characteristics of clear objectives,profound enlightenment,full practicality,outstanding autonomy and strong comprehensiveness.In the emergency medical theory teaching process,teachers provide real or simulated clinical cases to learn and discuss for students,and then comment and summarize courses.Case teaching method can not only change the function roles of teachers and students but also improve teachers’teaching enthusiasm and students’learning initiative.It is helpful to cultivate students’clinical thinking of emergency medicine,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,promote the transformation of students’theoretical knowledge to practical ability,foster rigorous scientific attitude and excellent medical ethics,and build a high-quality teaching staff of emergency medicine.Case teaching method embodies the new characteristics of modern quality education thought.
