摘要 目的分析研究BOPPPS有效教学结构在普通外科教学实践中的应用效果。方法随机选取我校2015届临床医学专业两个班本科生作为研究对象,将两个班定为实验班与普通班,实验班学生49人,普通班学生46人,普通班学生采取常规教学模式进行普通外科课程教学与实践教学,实验班学生采取BOPPPS有效教学结构进行普通外科课程教学与实践教学,学习结束后,对比两班学生的理论知识考核得分与实践技能考核得分,并对两班学生进行课程教育满意度调查。结果实验班学生的平均理论知识考核得分与实践技能考核得分均高于普通班学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学生对课程教育的总体满意度为93.88%,高于普通班学生71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对学生进行普通外科教学实践过程中采用BOPPPS有效教学结构可显著提高学生的学习积极性,进而提高学习成绩,提高教学满意度。 Objective Analyze and study the application effect of BOPPPS effective teaching structure in general surgery teaching practice.Methods Two undergraduate students in the 2015 clinical medicine major of our school were randomly selected as the research subjects.The two classes were designated as experimental classes and regular classes.There were 49 experimental students and 46 ordinary students.The ordinary students took the regular teaching mode.The teaching and practice teaching of general surgery courses,the experimental class students adopt the effective teaching structure of BOPPPS to carry out the teaching and practice teaching of general surgery courses.After the end of the study,compare the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment of the two classes of students,and conduct the two classes of students.And conduct a survey of curriculum education satisfaction for the two classes of students.Results The average theoretical knowledge assessment scores and practical skills assessment scores of the experimental class students were significantly higher than those of the normal class students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental class students to the course education was 93.88%,which was significantly better than that 71.74%of the students in the regular class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of BOPPPS effective teaching structure in the practice of general surgery teaching for students can significantly improve students’enthusiasm for learning,thereby improving academic performance and improving teaching satisfaction.
