五联检验在阴道炎病原体诊断中的价值分析

Value of Five-joint Test in the Diagnosis of Pathogens of Vaginitis

目的探讨在阴道炎病原体诊断中运用阴道炎五联检验的效果及价值。方法选择本科室2017年6月-2018年1月间40例阴道炎患者,对所有患者均进行常规镜检及阴道炎五联检验,分析两种检测方法对阴道炎病原体检测结果、白带清洁度检测结果状况。结果阴道炎五联检验对念珠菌、白细胞、滴虫、混合感染、其他病原菌感染检出率较常规镜检差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴道炎五联检验对加特纳菌检出率及致病菌总检出率较常规镜检升高(P<0.05),阴道炎患者实施五联检验对白带清洁度的检测结果与常规镜检相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在阴道炎病原体诊断中运用阴道炎五联检验可达到良好的检测效果。

Objective To explore the effect and value of the five-test of vaginitis in the diagnosis of pathogens of vaginitis.Methods From June 2017 to January 2018,40 patients with vaginitis in our department were examined by routine microscopy and five-way vaginitis test.The results of pathogen detection and leucorrhea cleanliness test by the two methods were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of candida,leukocyte,trichomonas,mixed infection and other pathogenic bacteria in the five-joint test of vaginitis(P>0.05).The detection rate of Gartnerella and the total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in vaginitis quintuple test were significantly higher than those in routine microscopy(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the results of vaginitis quintuple test and routine microscopy(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of vaginitis pathogens,the five-joint test of vaginitis can achieve a good detection effect and is worth using.
