内侧倒L形入路手术对胫骨平台后柱骨折患者疗效的影响

Effect of Medial Inverted L-shaped Approach on Treatment of Posterior Column Gracture of Tibial Plateau

目的分析改良后内侧倒L形入路手术对胫骨平台后柱骨折患者术后膝关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2016年6月-2018年6月胫骨平台后柱骨折患者78例,以手术方法不同分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=39),对照组施行常规入路手术,观察组施行改良后内侧倒L形入路术,比较2组康复情况(住院天数、骨折愈合时间、负重时间)、手术前后膝关节功能(HSS评分)及生活质量(GQOLI-74评分)。结果观察组住院天数、骨折愈合及负重时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,2组HSS评分、GQOLI-74评分较术前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良后内侧倒L形入路手术应用于胫骨平台后柱骨折患者,有利于加速康复进程,改善膝关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified posterior medial inverted l-shaped approach on postoperative knee joint function and quality of life in patients with tibial plateau posterior column fractures.Methods Select our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 in patients with posterior column fracture of tibial plateau of 78 cases with surgical method divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39),and the control group conventional approach surgery,observation group to perform modified inside pour L approach,compare two groups recovery(hospitalization days,fracture healing time,load time),the knee function(HSS score)before and after operation and the quality of life(GQOLI-74 score).Results The length of hospital stay,fracture healing and weight bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,HSS score and GQOLI-74 score of the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified posterior medial inverted l-shaped approach in patients with tibial plateau posterior column fracture can accelerate the rehabilitation process,improve the knee joint function and improve the quality of life.
