比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果评估

Evaluate the Effect of Bisoprolol and Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure

目的对冠心病心力衰竭的高龄患者联合应用比索洛尔、曲美他嗪治疗,并分析其疗效。方法选取2017年4月-2019年4月在本院进行治疗的64例80岁及以上冠心病心力衰竭患者,将其分为两组。对照组32例,采取曲美他嗪治疗;观察组32例,在此基础上,联合使用比索洛尔治疗,评价两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组、对照组患者总有效率分别为90.63%、68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论对冠心病心力衰竭的高龄患者采取比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪方案治疗可提高总体疗效,且不会增加不良反应几率,应用效果良好。

Objective To compare the efficacy of bisoprolol and trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Sixty-four patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were over 80 years old who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups.32 patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine;32 patients in the observation group were treated with bisoprolol,Evaluation of treatment effects and adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.63%and 68.75%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion The treatment with bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve the overall efficacy without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
