穿刺抽液联合曲普瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的效果观察

The Effect Observation on the Treatment of Chocolate Cyst of Ovary by Puncture and Aspiration Combined With Tripraline

目的探究穿刺抽液联合曲普瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿效果。方法研究纳入我院收治的(2016年1月-2018年6月)106例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者(53例)单纯穿刺抽液治疗,观察组患者(53例)穿刺抽液+曲普瑞林治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后6个月卵巢功能指标变化情况、不良反应情况、6个月患者疾病复发率情况。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平相当,P>0.05,治疗6个月后两组患者FSH、LH、E2水平改善,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组与对照组不良反应率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者6个月疾病复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论穿刺抽液联合曲普瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿临床效果显著,患者卵巢功能恢复好,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of puncture aspiration combined with tripraline in the treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary.Methods 106 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst(from January 2016 to June 2018)admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Patients in control group(53 cases)were treated by puncture and drainage alone.Patients in observation group(53 cases)were treated by puncture and drainage plus triptorelin.The results of clinical treatment,the changes of ovarian function indexes before and 6 months after treatment,the adverse reactions and the relapse rate of patients in 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)in the two groups were the same,P>0.05.After 6 months of treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,E2 in the two groups improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group.P<0.05;The adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group is similar with than those in the control group(P>0.05),and the recurrence rate of disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of puncture and aspiration combined with tripraline in the treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary is significant.The patient has good ovarian function recovery and high safety.
