品管圈在降低NICU新生儿红臀发生率中的作用

The role of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of red hip in NICU neonates

目的分析品管圈在降低NICU新生儿红臀发生率中的实践与效果。方法2017年7月-2018年8月抽取所在医院收治的NICU新生儿52例开展研究,回顾其临床资料,以是否行品管圈干预作为分组依据,将52例患儿分别分为对照组、观察组,每组26例。对照组用常规护理,观察组用品管圈护理,对比两组NICU新生儿红臀发生率、红臀严重程度。结果NICU新生儿红臀发生率、红臀严重程度(Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度)与对照组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论在降低NICU新生儿红臀发生率中采用品管圈管理,不仅可以减少新生儿红臀发生率、还能改善红臀严重程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of red hip in NICU neonates.Methods From july 2017 to august 2018,52 cases of nicu newborns were selected from the hospital to carry out the study,and the clinical data were reviewed,and 52 cases were divided into control group and observation group,26 cases in each group,based on whether the quality control circle intervention was performed.Control group with routine nursing,observation group supplies management circle nursing,compared the two groups of NICU newborn red hip incidence,red hip severity.Results The incidence and severity of red hip in NICU neonates were compared with that in control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion To reduce the incidence of red hip in NICU cannot only reduce the incidence of red hip,but also improve the severity of red hip.
