基于供应链视角的科技创新振兴乡村发展模式研究

Research on Development Modes of Rural Revitalization through Innovating Science and Technology from the Supply Chain Perspective

乡村振兴发展战略是新时代中国全面实现小康社会的关键一步,要以创新和发展的眼光推进现代化农业建设。文中首先概述了国内外乡村振兴的发展及研究现状。其次,基于供应链视角和供应链管理理念,分别从产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴五个方面探讨了科技创新振兴乡村的发展模式。最后,明确了政府、乡村和企业等各参与主体的责任,为供应链视角下科技创新振兴乡村发展提供决策指导,以推动中国加快实现乡村的全面振兴,使农业强、农村美、农民富。

Rural revitalization strategy is a key step for realizing the overall well-off society of China in new era and China should develop modern agriculture based on innovative and progressive insight.Firstly,we summary the research and the development of rural revitalization at home and abroad.Then,we discuss the development modes of rural revitalization through innovating science and technology on industry,talents,culture,ecology and organization from the supply chain perspective.Finally,we clarify the responsibility of government,rural,and enterprise to provide guidance of decisions for rural revitalization through innovating science and technology from the supply chain perspective and propel China to accelerate the realization of rural revitalization as well as making agriculture prosperous,rural beauty,and farmer rich.
