Thoughts on the Construction of Jingbei Smart Logistics Park in Beijing

文中分析了北京市京北智慧物流园区的建设背景,基于政府视角对园区建设要求进行了分析,设计了基于共享的园区建设模式,同时对园区新技术应用进行了探讨,建议统筹考虑服务城市副中心应急保障需要,并提出了推动该物流园区发展的政策建议。

This paper analyzed the construction background of the Jingbei smart logistics park,which is based on the perspective of government requirements for park construction.Meanwhile,the design is based on the mode of sharing park construction.At the same time,this paper discuss a new technology application to park construction and give the suggestion to provide service deputy for emergency security needs in sub-center of city.Putting forward the policy suggestiones to promote the development of the logistics park.
