摘要
近年来,我国实体出版物需求大幅降低,与之对应的物流需求也发生了本质变化,出版物仓储物流系统亟待进行重构升级。文中构建了我国当前主流出版物经销模式“专业出版物经销企业&电子商务平台”的仓储物流体系模型,并将该模型在Flexsim仿真平台中进行建模与仿真,探究此模式下出版物仓储物流系统可能出现的低效环节和潜在的优化点。
In recent years,the demand of the entity publications has been dramatically reduced and the logistics demand also has changed greatly,so the publication warehouse logistics system needs to be upgraded.This paper builds the warehouse logistics system model of mainstream publications distribution pattern that“professional publishing dealers&e-commerce platform”,and then a simulation model is built in Flexsim simulation environment to explore the inefficient links and the potential optimization points of this publications warehouse logistics system.
