摘要 随着国民经济的不断增长,科学技术的不断完善,我国物流行业建设发展得到了质的飞跃。人力资源管理作为现代物流企业经营管理过程的重中之重,是一项必不可缺的关键内容,直接关系到物流企业建设稳定持续的发展,能否在最低成本下创造出最大的社会经济效益。因此,现代物流企业必须及时树立起先进的人力资源管理工作理念,结合本身实际发展过程中存在的问题,合理采取有效解决措施,全面提升内部人力资源管理整体水平。文中将进一步对物流企业人力资源管理的问题与对策展开分析与探讨,旨在为同行业者提供科学参考意见。 With the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology,the development of China s logistics industry has made a qualitative leap.As the top priority of the modern logistics enterprise management process,human resource management is an indispensable key content,which is directly related to the stable and sustainable development of logistics enterprises,and can create the greatest social and economic benefits at the lowest cost..Therefore,modern logistics enterprises must timely establish an advanced human resource management work concept,combine the problems existing in the actual development process,and take effective measures to comprehensively improve the overall level of internal human resources management.This paper will further analyze and discuss the problems and countermeasures of human resources management in logistics enterprises,aiming to provide scientific reference for the same industry.
