高速铁路对区域经济联系的影响研究——以延边朝鲜族自治州为例

Research on the Influence of High-Speed Railway on Regional Economic Connection——Take Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

“长春—珲春”高速铁路的开通,对延边地区区域空间结构变化与经济发展具有重要意义。文中选取可达性模型与经济联系模型,测算并对比高速铁路开通前后延边地区区域交通可达性水平及各个城市间经济联系强度。研究结果表明:高速铁路的开通不仅提升了延边地区区域交通可达性水平,而且加强了各个城市间的经济联系,促使了延边地区区域经济格局的良性演变。为了更好地促进高速铁路服务延边地区区域经济的发展水平,提出几点建议:第一,完善高速铁路网络;第二,充分发挥高速铁路的知识溢出效应;第三,打造“高速铁路+旅游”的新模式。

The opening of“Changchun-Hunchun”high-speed railway is of great significance to the change of regional spatial structure and economic development in Yanbian area.In this paper,the accessibility model and the economic connection model are selected to measure and compare the accessibility level of regional traffic in yanbian area before and after the opening of the high-speed railway as well as the economic connection intensity between various cities.The results show that the opening of high-speed railway not only improves the accessibility level of regional traffic in Yanbian area,but also strengthens the economic connection among various cities and promotes the benign evolution of regional economic pattern in Yanbian area.In order to better promote the development level of regional economy in Yanbian area,the following Suggestions are put forward:first,to improve the high-speed railway network;Second,give full play to the knowledge spillover effect of high-speed railway;Third,build a new model of“high-speed rail+tourism”.
