摘要
“双11”已经演变为大型网络节日,使得在节日期间及随后的一段时间快递量骤增,对快递公司造成了很大的运输压力与风险,对快递公司是否应该借机上涨运输费用的研究具有很强的现实意义。在分析电子商务利润分配模式的基础上,分别从消费者视角、快递公司视角和电商平台视角对此问题展开研究,得出如下结论:①电商平台和消费者希望不涨价,快递公司希望涨价;②作为“双11”活动的最大受益者,电商平台应从供应链管理角度出发,向快递公司转移部分利润,作为快递工作人员的补助、奖励或激励,以期与物流公司建立长期稳定的合作关系,促进我国的电子商务平稳的发展。
Double 11 has been a famous network festival,which makes the express delivery volume soar during the festival and the following period of time,and caused a lot of transportation pressure and risk to the express companies.It has a strong practical significance to study whether the express companies should increase transportation costs on Nov.11th.Based on the analysis of the profit distribution model of e-commerce,this paper studies the problem from the perspective of consumers,express companies and e-commerce platforms respectively,and draws the following conclusions:①e-commerce platform and consumers hope not to increase the price,express companies hope to increase the price;②as the biggest beneficiary of double 11 activities,e-commerce platform should suffer some benefits to express companies from the perspective of supply chain management as subsidies,rewards or incentives for express delivery staff,to establish long-term and stable cooperation with logistics companies,and promote the stable development of e-commerce in China.
