摘要
新零售的出现对传统零售领域带来了全新的冲击和挑战,超级物种作为永辉超市旗下的新零售门店,如何能在生鲜行业竞争中成为佼佼者,很大一部分取决于顾客对其满意度。文中基于市场调查的数据,以消费者期望和消费者价值感知为自变量建立逐步回归模型,发现环境因素为最显著的影响因子,并为超级物种实现精准营销提出相关建议。
The emergence of new retail has brought new challenges to the traditional retail sector.Based on the data of the market research,this paper establishes a stepwise regression model with consumer expectations and consumer value perception as independent variables,analyzes the influencing factors of Super-species consumer satisfaction,and provides relevant suggestions for Super-species to improve profits.
