摘要
培养满足物流行业需求的人才是高职物流专业教育的根本目标,目前我国高职物流专业在人才培养方式方面取得了很大进步,但人才职业能力评价方式有待改善。文中对高职物流专业人才职业能力评价方式的现状进行了分析,提出以岗位为单位设计高职物流人才职业能力评价指标体系,并对评价方式与评价场地的选择进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational ability evaluation of logistics talents in higher vocational colleges,proposes to design the vocational ability evaluation index system of logistics talents in higher vocational colleges for each post,and discusses the selection of evaluation method and evaluation site.
