Under the environment of severe security and environmental protection,the implementation of process safety management system in refining and chemical enterprises has become an inevitable development trend.The main contents and tasks of chemical process safety management include:collecting and utilizing chemical production safety production information,risk identification and control,continuously improving and strictly implementing operational procedures to ensure safe operation of equipment through standardized management,conducting safety education and operational skills training,conducting strict safety management of new plants in pilot operation and trial production,maintaining integrity of equipment and facilities,improving management of operation safety,contractor safety management,change management,emergency management,accident and event management,continuous improving chemical process safety management,and so on.This paper introduces the practical experience of process safety management system in refining and chemical enterprises,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
