摘要
随着农村FTTH的推进,2016年4月工信部开始推进电力杆开展通信网络建设的方式。轻型扁平光缆是全介质结构设计,具有天然的防雷电功能,施工时可免接地处理,并且其自重轻,重量只有常规光缆重量的40%~60%,施工相对更加便捷;非金属玻璃纤维杆FRP作为增强元件,具有拉重比高和一定的防鼠功能。在环境适合、保证安全距离的前提下,可以利用专用的金具在农村电力杆上使用,加快网络建设。另一方面轻型扁平光缆多样性的施工敷设方式能满足各种场景的建设需求,可以实现自承式架空敷设、非自承式架空敷设、管道敷设和路槽敷设。其中自承式架空敷设方式是该光缆多样化敷设方式中占比最高的一种, 为了保证光缆线路的有效开通以及线路的稳定运行,本文对轻型扁平光缆在工程建设中自承式架空敷设问题进行了施工探讨。
Along with the advancement of rural FTTH,in April 2016,MIIT began to promote the construction of power pole communication network.Light flat optical cable is the all-dielectric structure design,with natural lightning protection function,construction can avoid grounding treatment,and its weight is light,the weight of only 40%~60%of conventional optical cable,construction is relatively more convenient.Non-metallic glass fiber bar FRP is used as reinforcing element,which has high tensile weight ratio and anti-rat function.On the premise that the environment is suitable and the safe distance is ensured,special hardware can be used on rural power poles to speed up the construction of network.On the other hand,the diversified construction laying methods of light flat optical cable can meet the construction requirements of various scenarios,and can realize self-supporting overhead laying,non-self-supporting overhead laying,pipeline laying and road groove laying.Among them,self-supporting overhead laying mode accounts for the highest proportion among the diversified laying modes of the optical cable.In order to ensure the effective opening and stable operation of optical cable,this paper discusses the self-supporting overhead laying of light optical cable in engineering construction.
