摘要
本文描述了光缆的渗水及危害性,针对导致光缆渗水的钢丝加强件与垫层之间渗水现象,进行原因分析,对钢丝加强件挤塑垫层的生产工艺进行改进。并针对现有高频加热设备加热不均的问题,通过改进模具工艺改善钢丝加强件垫层的渗水性能。
This paper illustrates the harmfulness of optical cables with water seepage,analyses the cause of water seepage in the cushion of steel wire stiffener and improves the production process of cushion sheath for stiffener.Since current high frequency heating equipment heats unevenly,a set of dies are designed to improve the seepage performance of the steel wire stiffener cushion.
