摘要 欧李(Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok)为蔷薇科樱桃属小灌木,是我国特有的野生果树品种,多分布在我国黑龙江、内蒙古、山东等地,因其含钙量极高,又称"钙果"。欧李植株茎细叶大,可用作牛、羊等饲料,欧李果实营养丰富,其中矿物质(Ca、Fe)、维生素(VC、VB族等)、多酚、氨基酸与不饱和脂肪酸均高于常见水果,欧李仁可榨油,可入药,具有多种功效(镇咳平喘、免疫调节、抗心脑血管疾病等)。本文综述了欧李及欧李仁的开发利用现状,并探究了欧李开发利用中存在的问题及解决途径,对其发展趋势进行展望,为未来欧李的综合开发利用提供参考和理论基础。 Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok is a small shrub of the genus Rosaceae. It is a unique wild fruit species in China. It is distributed in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Shandong and other places in China. Because of its high calcium content,it also named"calcium fruit".Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok plant has large stems and can be used as feed for cattle and sheep. Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok fruit is rich in nutrients,among which minerals( Ca,Fe),vitamins( VC,Vb,and others),polyphenols,amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids are higher than common fruits.Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok kernel can be squeezed oil and used as medicine with a variety of effects( an antitussive and asthma,immune regulation,anti-cardiovas cular disease and others).The development and utilization status of Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok andits kernel were reviewed,and the problems and solutions in the development and utilization of Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok were explored in this study,and the forecasts of its development trend was also made. This provides a reference and theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Cerasus humilis( Bge.) Sok.
