摘要 基础大体积混凝土施工过程中,由于水泥大量产生水化热,导致混凝土内部会出现较大的温度梯度,若对温度梯度控制不善,极易在混凝土表面及内部产生温度裂缝,严重时产生贯通裂缝影响大体积混凝土整体质量。所以,在大体积混凝土施工中,要求对混凝土内部的温度进行动态监控,常规的温度监测存在精度低、耗费人工量大、数据采集及反馈不及时、数据采集不稳定、施工现场布置等问题。本文以某超高层建筑基础大体积混凝土为依托,采用自主设计开发的基于DS18B20温度传感器的自动采集无线传输系统进行温度动态监测,保证了监测数据具有实时性、精准性及完整性,为大体积混凝土采取裂缝控制措施提供了依据。 During the construction of large-scale concrete on the foundation,due to the large amount of hydration heat generated by cement,a large temperature gradient will appear inside the concrete.If the temperature gradient is poorly controlled,it is easy to generate temperature cracks on the concrete surface and inside.In severe cases,through cracks affect the overall quality of large volume concrete.Therefore,in the construction of large volume concrete,dynamic monitoring of the temperature inside concrete is required.Conventional temperature monitoring has problems such as low accuracy,large labor cost,timely data collection and feedback,unstable data collection,and construction site layout.Based on the mass concrete of a Super high-rise building,the article adopts an automatic acquisition wireless transmission system based on the DS18B20 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature dynamically,ensuring that the monitoring data is real-time,accurate and complete.It provides a basis for taking crack control measures for large volume concrete.
