摘要
DEIPA又称二乙醇单异丙醇胺,因其可降低材料的粘度、调节材料的流变学性质、提高研磨效率及选粉效率等特点,被广泛应用于水泥助磨剂中。近期业内“混凝土增效剂”盛行,其多数原理与水泥助磨剂类似,此类物质少量掺入混凝土体系内,通过抑制胶材颗粒之间的团聚、促使颗粒分散的物理行为,促进水泥水化,从而提高混凝土早期强度。本文通过对主要原料为DEIPA的混凝土增效剂对混凝土性能的影响展开讨论。
Diethanol monoisopropanolamine(DEIPA)is widely used for cement grinding aids because it can reduce the viscosity of materials,adjust the rheological properties of materials,also improve grinding efficiency and powder selection efficiency and energy conservation.Recently,“concrete synergies”are prevalent in the industry,most of which are similar to grinding aids.It can acceleration cement hydration rate and improve the early strength of concrete with a small amount of dosage because of inhibiting the agglomeration of glue particles and promoting particle dispersion.This paper discusses the influence of DEIPA-concrete synergist on the properties of concrete.
