生活垃圾分类在重庆普及的难点及建议

垃圾是放错位置的资源,我国每年产生数以万吨的可回收生活垃圾没有进行有效回收,造成资源的极大浪费。《生活垃圾分类制度实施方案》于2017年3月18日经国务院同意,转发给国家发展改革委、住房城乡建设部,且要求认真贯彻执行。2019年7月1日随着《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》的实施,强制生活垃圾分类已经拉开帷幕,已正式进入市民的日常生活,成为热点话题。全国第一批共46个主要城市也陆续开始实施生活垃圾分类试点,重庆市位列其中。我国幅员辽阔,人口众多,该法案在各省市施行的难易程度不一,生活垃圾为何分类、如何分类、分类回收的意义是垃圾分类进入市民生活的重中之重。
