国外文化遗产保护公众参与对我国的启示

Enlightenment of public participation in foreign cultural heritage protection to China

保护城市中的历史文化遗产不是保护落后,完整的保护“昨天的文明”恰恰是现代文明高度发达的标志。目前,国内学界对公众参与文化遗产保护行为研究较为薄弱并且起步较晚,其保护理念与方法还处于探索阶段。但是,国外公众参与文化遗产保护已有160多年的历史,是文化遗产保护的中坚力量。本文通过对国外文化遗产保护模式的启示,经验的吸收和公众参与文化遗产模式的升华,对我国文化遗产保护的公众参与提出了一些启示和建议。

To protect the historical and cultural heritage in a city is not to protect backwardness,but to completely protect“yesterday's civilization”is exactly the symbol of highly developed modern civilization.At present,the research on public participation in the protection of cultural heritage in domestic academic circles is relatively weak and started late,and its protection concept and method are still in the stage of exploration.However,the foreign public has been involved in the protection of cultural heritage for more than 160 years and is the backbone of the protection of cultural heritage.Through the enlightenment of foreign cultural heritage protection mode,the absorption of experience and the sublimation of public participation mode,this paper puts forward some enlightenment and Suggestions for the public participation in China's cultural heritage protection mode.
