包装膜用高压聚乙烯性能的分析与对比

Analysis and Comparism of High Pressure Polyethylene for Packaging Film

对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司(以下简称上海石化)生产的膜用高压聚乙烯进行流动性能、流变性能、力学性能、摩擦因子等方面的测试和表征,并与同类进口、其他国产包装膜用高压聚乙烯进行性能对比分析。结果表明,上海石化样品的综合性能较优,能满足在多种膜领域的应用。

The high-pressure polyethylene for packing film produced by SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(“Shanghai Petrochemical”)and similar domestic and imported products were tested and characterized in terms of flow properties,rheological properties,mechanical properties and friction factors with melting index meter,differential scanning calorimeter,HAAKE torque rheometer,and friction factor measuring instrument,etc.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the Shanghai Petrochemical sample is superior,and it can be applied to a variety of membrane applications.
