Research on Welding Properties and Welding Process of INCOLOY800HT Iron-nickel Based Alloy

上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司650 kt/a苯乙烯装置需在原第一、第二反应器之间新增一套三联换热装置,涉及到INCOLOY800HT材质的管道。文章分析了INCOLOY800HT的焊接特点,制定了合理的焊接工艺及热处理工艺措施。焊接取得了良好效果,改造后的苯乙烯装置生产稳定且产能完全达到设计要求负荷。

The 650 kt/a styrene unit of Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.needs to add a triple heat exchange unit between the original first and second reactors,which involves INCOLOY800HT material pipes.Based on analysis of the welding characteristics of INCOLOY800HT,reasonable welding process and heat treatment process are designed,which achieved good welding results.The transformed styrene unit operates stably and the production capacity fully meets the design requirements.
